The manual that should have been provided with the sim

Really awesome. I am the one preferring real books rather than reading only. So your PDF (which I printed) was really ideal. And really comprehensive also. This is the manual that should have been provided with the sim really.
Two things only. The page numbering should have been chapter wise and not starting from 0 and just run sequentially to the end. Makes it complicated if you insert some page in the PDF at next revision and the printed manuals page numbering will be all messed up. And also, too bad the helicopter part is not included but I know it was written for the MSFS 2020 as it came from start, not including choppers then. So I hope there will be some update with that later. Keep up the great work!

More than just tips and tricks!

The extended guide is well worth the ( inexpensive ) price. Having used MS Flight Sim more than 20 years ago, I sure needed a great, comprehensive reference. I finally found one, and this is it! So much yet to read. Plus you can have the book right inside FS!
Excellent!

Great Publication

I personally have found this to be a very useful publication to ensure you get the best out of MSFS 2020. Well written, packed with illustrations and it makes a perfect reference manual that compliments MS Sim. Would highly recommend to new and experienced users of MS Flight Sim and I is something that should be supplied by MS with every purchase as part of the package.

Download failed!

Unfortunately I was not sure what to expect from your publicity e mails, thought i would try it but when I clicked on the large file my little Chromebook went into a right tizzy and took a bit of sorting out. You didn't notify that it was for PCs only! Or is it?
Spent £18 and so far got nothing, can we sort out what went wrong.

Excellent product

I am so impressed with their product. I've owned FS2020 for over a year and needed help getting into the game. Really well written and totally absorbing.

G1000 instructions unintelligible

I have been a passionate simmer for twenty-five years and for the past ten have had an online outreach website. I have written and published numerous tutorials on a whole range of flight sim topics.
Whoever put together the instructions on the G1000 needs to learn a lot more about publishing layout. For example, many of the instructions for the G1000 section are practically intelligible, particularly the relationship between text and images. The use of hyperlinks to other parts of the article are annoying. One has to troll back through the article to find the original place again. It would have been better to deal with the "how to put this into practice" there and then. Another aspect I found frustrating was the duplication of identical images with insufficient indication of the subtle different that existed. e.g. PFD/Wind and DME images. Another annoying point is the reference to points in parenthesis e.g. (point 1) page 189, yet one has to scroll to find it (Page 184). Finally, the images are poorly displayed. Some are at odd angles with parts of the panels cut off. Other are poorly aligned with the relevant text. None of the images are referenced to the text by figure numbers and titles. The same criticisms apply to the G1000 tutorial flight and most other sections in the publication. I've done a cut and paste of the G1000 article. It is considerably more meaningful and it looks a damn site better than you have done. Overall, a very unprofessional and disappointing publication. Looks like a school kids desktop publishing exercise.

Great!

Exactly the information that we need to enjoy a great flight. Thanks! This is something that Microsoft should have included with their download. It would have prevented a lot of frustration. WELL worth the money

Could you do a section on the best way to set up the sensitivity. I have adjusted mine a thousand times but still can't seem to find the perfect match for some airplanes.

An excellent guide. Recommended.

Looked around for a while to see what was out there. This guide was exactly what I was looking for. I dabbled with flight sim many years ago but never really got into it in any depth, VR has changed all that. I wanted a guide that would lead me through the basics, this guide does that and more. Having it available on the in game toolbar was just an extra layer of icing on an already very attractive cake.
Highly recommended!
