A Guide to Flight Simulator: Extended Edition Updated to v1.50

We are pleased to confirm that A Guide to Flight Simulator: Extended Edition has been updated to version 1.50. Continuing with our promise to provide regular free updates to the guide, this new version features everything you’ll need to know about the latest World Update and more.

Version 1.50 of A Guide to Flight Simulator: Extended Edition includes information on World Update VII: Australia, along with new information on the released Fokker V.II. We’re proud to also have fixed a number of bugs and fixed some minor grammar and spelling issues that the community brought to our attention.

Version 1.50 of A Guide to Flight Simulator: Extended Edition can be downloaded now from your SoFly account. If you purchased from another vendor, you will be able to download it from them once they have updated their servers.

If you don’t own A Guide to Flight Simulator: Extended Edition, you can buy it now for £19.99 (plus VAT) from our store. It’s also available on FlightSim.to, Orbx, FlightSim.com, SIMMARKET and now the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace.

New: A Guide to Flight Simulator: Extended Edition Now in the Marketplace

We’re very proud and excited to announce that A Guide to Flight Simulator: Extended Edition is now available to buy directly in the in-sim Marketplace on PC. You will be able to access the guide directly within your simulator with the in-sim toolbar application.

Please note: The current version of A Guide to Flight Simulator: Extended Edition in the Microsoft Flight Simulator store is v1.40. Version 1.50 has been sent to Microsoft via our partners so there may be a small delay until the update is available.

If you purchased through the in-sim Marketplace and you’re looking for the PDF version of the guide, it is currently being added with the new update. Provided Microsoft approve this, then you will be able to access the PDF version to have the guide available on a device of your liking, along with the in-sim toolbar.
