Welcome to the new era of SoFly! It’s been a really busy few months for the whole team and we’re pleased to introduce our brand-new refreshed look! In our previous blog, we said we were moving stores, but we’re pleased to confirm we’re staying where we are!
Along with our refreshed design, we’re also pleased to make the customer experience even better for you! Below is just a snippet of some of the new features our new website offers.
Enhanced Customer Support
We take our customer support seriously, ensuring we answer any and all questions as quickly as possible, aiming to resolve your problems in a clear and concise way. To continue making it even easier for you to reach out to us, you can now use our new Chat system, which is located in the bottom-right corner of each page. Simply open it up, start typing and one of our team will get back to you soon. To help you faster, we’ve taken some of the more common questions we get asked and added an automated system so you can a response almost instantly. Should the question be a bit more complex, our agent will send you a quick response.
Our support portal will continue to operate as it does and any complex queries may be directed to that.
Improved Checkout Process
During our customer survey earlier this year, we were told that the checkout process was a bit too complicated. As such, we’ve enhanced it to be a lot easier than before. It’s clearer than ever, easier to fill out and also ready for those who may need extra assistance. You can also fill in discount codes easier and our new system will automatically apply discounts to you without the need for a code if our site recognises that you qualify for a discount. We also know that people can get busy which is why we’ll notify you via email if you leave something in your cart.
Another common piece of feedback was the notification system for when our products get updated. We saw that and have vastly improved it so that as soon as we update a product, you will be notified via email.
In addition, we have added a new notification system meaning you will get a push notification to your phone or web browser when we have new deals, new blog posts and products. You can enable this by clicking ACCEPT when you visit the site.
Easier to Tell Us What You Think
We love hearing feedback from our customers. Whatever it is you think, we would love to know. That’s why any future purchases from the SoFly store will automatically send you a follow-up email asking what you thought. That way we can see what you think and share your experience with future customers.

2 – An all-new product line will be releasing in the next few weeks which we think will test your skills as a pilot.
3 – As we’ve said in the past few updates, A Guide to Flight Simulator will soon getting extended even further, with a suite of new tutorials, tips and hints. We’ll share more details on exactly what this means in the future. Let’s just say if you loved the first edition, you will love what we have planned!
