From time to time, SoFly may hold competitions in order to win prizes. These terms govern all competitions hosted by SoFly either through social media, our website, or through email marketing.
By entering any competition with SoFly, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and the below terms.
These terms cover generic use, and as such, specific terms may also be applied to individual competitions. Those additional terms will be set out where appropriate and made clear to all.
To claim the prize, the user must respond within 24 hours of initial SoFly communication.
SoFly Ltd has the final say over who wins the prize. You can’t stock-pile rewards. Competitions are provided out of goodwill and as such may be revoked at any time.
Winners will be picked randomly from successful entries, or if it’s a competition or skill, SoFly will make the final decision over the winner.
Prizes for individual competitions will be made clear.
All prizes will be shipped or distributed from the UK using a courier service at no charge to the winner. We ship worldwide. Winner will be given a tracking number if applicable. Winner will be responsible for all CUSTOM AND IMPORT CHARGES. SoFly Ltd will not be liable to pay for any damage that occurs during transit. If a product is digital, the winner will receive a download code or link. It’s the winner’s responsibility to keep this code safe and use it before it expires.
